Shipping policy

Order Processing

Items on our website are available and ready to ship within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. We process and ship orders on Monday through to Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next business day and then shipped.

Items that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated in the item listing and then shipped on the next shipping date.

Items are shipped via Evri unless otherwise stated. Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.

Extreme Temperatures

Our natural wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Promotions

The least expensive shipping option will be utilized regardless of what is selected at checkout, for orders using a free shipping promotion or discount.
